Defended our Title!
Once again, we were awarded as Germany's best-value ski area by
the ADAC Ski Guide 2013. Rated were, among other things, the scale of the ski area,
its piste quality, lifts and facilities, transport capacity, number and quality of the snow cannons as
well as family-friendliness. Here, the ski area Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte gives
you the best value for your money!

New 6-Seater Chairlift at the Scheibelberg!
This coming season 2012/2013, we will build a modern detachable chairlift for 6 passengers and optimise the ski routes.
Share the excitement with us as we are looking forward to the first lift ride, and follow the construction and development
of the facilities here on our website.

Skiresort.de, the biggest testing portal for skiing regions worldwide, awarded our resort Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte with
3.8 stars out of 5. This makes us number 2 among all tested ski areas in Germany.
We were also ranked Test Winner 2011 out of all tested ski areas in the category Beginners:
"The Winklmoosalm is the perfect skiing area for beginners. Flat, broad pistes make the first steps in this wonderful winter sport very easy."
Germany's biggest adviser community gutefrage.net was also in search for the best ski area in Germany. Their users ranked us number 3.
Finally, the testing portal skigebiete-test.de voted us amongst the Top 6 Ski Areas in Europe.

New Gondola Lift in Seegatterl
Since the 2009/2010 season, the new gondola for 8 passengers brings you directly from the car park Seegatterl into the ski area.
You no longer need to get the shuttle bus transfer. Go to Gondola Lift to find pictures and further information about the
new gondola.
